How to Setup EFT services under Hardware Profile and link to register

Hi guys,
 
I would like to setup a physical device to make card/EFTPOS payment at terminal. I wonder if there is any documentation guide how to setup and what below mandatory information, we should ask for the provider to share with us for connect it under hardware station.

    I have checked this document, but it does not mention the details about the payment configuration for EFTPOS (card payment). Please note that we will do payment at POS terminal (not online or call center payment)
     
    I would like to ask if we have a payment gateway provider, what we should ask them to integrate the payment services to D365 with and without hardware station.
     
    As far as I know, for the terminal payment with the hardware station, it must be merchant ID.
