If I have say 1000 Cases (incidents) which need to be marked as Resolved (StateCode) I believe there are several ways of doing this.
- Manually
- Via a Process
If I create an On Demand process to do this, I believe I can multiple select all the Cases that need to be updated to Resolved and run the Process against them all.
But what would then happen if one or more of these Cases had Open Activities?
