CRM mapping: accounts beeing ignored

Hi All,

I am back with the CDS/CRM synchronization. Almost everything is done and working well. I used only custom integrations.

There is however a new issue. I have a mapping using the CRM account table, that is refusing to sync records. When i tell it to do a full sync with no filters, it still only take a couple of records (the last ones I modified in CRM), but ignores all the others. Any idea what might be going on? I have the same issue when using the default account=>customer mapping.

I tried using a new company in BC, same problem.

Cheers

    Hello, marco

There have many options for mapping field and integrate it. I suggest also one tool for mapping Mappyfield which are useful to marketing and sales person. This tool you know about How to connect better with a customer using Dynamics CRM map integration. With Mappyfield visualize and analyze the CRM data in real-time. Now plan your daily or monthly activities with the easily accessible data through dashlets. These dashlets provide smart overview of sales activity, open leads, follow-up data, and performance.

    You visit the website: www.appjetty.com/dynamics365-mappyfield-365.htm

For the archives, we ended up bulk editing contacts to mark them as "edited" and force the sync.

    Great to hear this.

I was not aware you raised a support call, but what I did suggest was this field (but it seems that I was totally off as you have a different issue). Just sharing for others that may run into a similar problem with the Company field.

Via https://make.powerapps.com, you can go to your environment in CDS. Select All and search for Company.

    Ensure you select all fields:

    Hello,

We did not manage to fix this issue (a ticket is open at MS). However, it seems related to the supression of the records in BC. It seems the integration still sees the removed records (or believe they are there) so, it does not sync.

Creating other companies fix the issue.

    Hello,

You edit the account table mapping. It is on the list page.

    docs.microsoft.com/.../how-to-modify-table-mappings-for-synchronization

From there you can open a lookup to see the filter and verify if the GUID matches the GUID of the company in CDS.

    Thanks.

    Hi,

I am not sure I understand. Here are two screenshots. As you can see, there are no filters at all.

    pic-2.PNG

As soon as I modify an account record in CRM (i can change whatever I want), and rerun exactly the same config, that account is created in BC, but only that one.

    Hello,

In Integration Table Field mapping there is a filter that may be set incorrectly based on this property bcbi_companyid.

    Thanks.

I found the reason. There is a field called : "_bcbi_companyid_value" in the CRM records.

Any easy way to reset those fields to null?

    Cheers

edit: i managed to reset the bcbi link to null by removing the BC solutions, but it does not fix the problem

edit 2: as soon as i edit the record in CRM/marketing, the record is then copied over in my next sync... ?!
