Error: Dynamics 365 developer toolkit is throwing error for Dynamics 365 V9.0

Hi Team,

I am getting following error when I create a plugin using Dynamics 365 developer toolkit. I am using visual studio 2015 and latest Dynamics 365 developer toolkit. I have setup Dynamics 365 Developer Toolkit's Tool Paths properly with latest NuGet SDK. 

My observation is this issue only happens in Dynamics 365 online V9.0. Any suggestion?

Another thought,  Dynamics 365 V9.0 binaries are not available via SDK download anymore, only Nuget, so how to configure the Dynamics 365 Developer toolkit path to the Bin directory?

Errors:

"An error occurred while trying to load components from the Plug-in Registration Tool"

"Unable to load Plugin Registration Componets. Please verify that the Plugin Registration Tool directory is selected in the Dynamics 365 Developer Toolkit Options page."
