Hi I have been trying to get my labels to print with the shelf no or bin code.
can anyone assist i export all my report layouts to word and just cant seem to make it work.

    Hi,
     
    I think the standard report currently available does not have option of printing Shelf or Bin code.
     
    You need to customize a report which can generate the barcode and print as label for you.

    Hello,
     
    Word layouts can only print fields that already exist in the report dataset, so if your label report doesn’t include Shelf No. or Bin Code, Word simply can’t show them. Most standard item label reports don’t pull data from Bin Content or Warehouse Entry, which is where Bin/Shelf info lives. Exporting to Word doesn’t add fields—you must modify or copy the report, extend the dataset to include Bin Content (linked by Item No. and Location Code), and then bind those fields in the Word layout. If this gets messy, RDLC layouts or a warehouse-specific label report are usually much easier for this scenario.
