Accounts are syncing, but not creating, From CRM To Dynamics 365 Business Central

Here's my scenario, I am creating new Accounts within CRM and I would like to have the integration between CRM and Business Central create a new Customer within Business Central.  Within Business Central, I can see the Account record from CRM in the Account Coupling window, but it is not coupled with a Customer and I have to manually create the Customer in Business Central.  How I can I set it to automatically create a Customer in Business Central?

I am hoping this is a setting that I need to change, because I am encountering the same issue with Sales Orders.

I appreciate your assistance in advance!

Check what filter is on the table mapping for Account to Customer. Must be some data missing on the account side for it not pass over.

Order wise I assume if you're missing linked accounts to customers this is preventing the process. There is only one main setting for this feature and it's a tick flag on the d365 connection setup page.

    Hello,

In addition out of the box after a full synchronization, Sync coupled records only is enabled. New records will therefore not synchronize. This can be found on integration table mapping page.

    Thanks.

    Hi Marco,

I am experiencing a similar issue, the only difference is that my Accounts from CRM don't even appear in the Account Coupling window in BC. My Accounts in CRM are not even recognized in BC.

I was wondering if you could fix the issue or have any insights? It would be very helpful, cause I'm lost.
