Hi Community,
May I find out what is the difference between Non-stock item and item under the Non-Inventory in Navision 2018?
Thank you!
Hi,
Non Stock item behaves as Normal Items but the difference is that, its entry not posted into ILE.

Basically the system does not keep track of your stock level when you use the non-inventory items.
That also means that you can not use replenishment parameters as min / max stock level and so.
Hi, item under the Non-Inventory is an item, you can use it anywhere you select an Item.
Non-stock item is a state in front of the item. It can only be used in Sales Quote by default. If you use it in Sales Order, it will be automatically converted into Item.

Hope this helps as well.
Thanks.
