Hi,
I'm trying to set up my service schedule in a test capacity. I have set up Users, Facilities/equipment, Services, Sites and Resource Groups.
I have an issue in the Schedule engine where it isn't showing all the available rooms (Facilities) and times for training.
- I have specified in Settings > Business Management > service that the training can start at 8am (all rooms are available 8-6).
- The duration is 4 hours.
- There needs to be one trainer picked from a resource group of 2 users (both have the minimum capacity required). Both these users have a working day of 8-1 (break 1-2) 2-6. (8am-6pm)
- The room has to have a minimum capacity of 6. I have set a variety of capacities for different rooms in Settings > Business Management > facilities (all have a minimum of 6).
- There is no specific site for the training so all rooms across the 3 sites should be available.
Now in the search engine, if I select any day and input the start time for the 4 hour training as being between 8am-5pm, I get four results:
User 1; Room 1; 8am
User 1; Room 2; 8.30am
User 1; Room 2; 9am
User 2; Room 3; 2pm
No matter what day I enter I get four results, but on each day they are a different selection of users and rooms.
Why am I not getting the first three options with user 2 as well as User 1? And why just 3 rooms when there are 7 eligible rooms in total that aren't used at all?
I hope someone understand what I'm trying to say. It's not easy trying to describe! Any help would be greatly appreciated.
