Is there a way to restrict what job task employees can see when recording timesheets?
On Job Cards we have something like this:

When employees record their timesheet, they should only choose TS1 or TS2 to record their hours against. However, the Job Task dropdown list on the timesheet shows all codes from the Job Card (SAL1, SAL2, TS1,TS2, etc).
I would like them to only see TS1 & TS2 so it minimises the risk of them accidentally record their hours to the wrong code.
