Team,

After configuring Email router the test for Incoming and Outgoing status is showing Succeeded.

But when i created an email activity and tried to send i am getting this message in yellow "This message has not yet been submitted for delivery. For more information, see help."

Any help how to diagnose is very much appreciated!!

Cheers

Check/request exchange administrator, if the Exchange server is configured to allow relay messages from the Microsoft Dynamics CRM server.

    Thanks,

    Also check : rule30.wordpress.com/.../dynamics-crm-troubleshooting-this-message-has-not-yet-been-submitted-for-delivery-errors

    AND

Turn on the email router log level to "3" in file "Microsoft.Crm.Tools.EmailAgent.xml" which could be found in email router installation directory.

search for the element <LogLevel>1</LogLevel>.  Change the value to 3.

See if following entry exists in same xml file

<LogFile>. <LogFile>. If not add it like <LogFile>C:\RouterLog.txt</LogFile>.

Restart the email router service. And then try to send mails. The logfile c:\RouterLog.txt will contain detailed log/error messages(if any).

    Hope it helps!

Friends, Email router was running under local account credential when i changed that to the account which i am using in Email router configuration it starts sending mail. So the problem is resolved for withing network. Now i am working to send emails to outside network which i think i need to configure email server to rely messages.
