I have selected the correct environment only. But still, those entities are not showing for me.

    Can you provide a screenshot?

Are you able to see them under tables by changing filter?

    Hi Abhilash,

Are you check the default solution in the PowerApps Portal or in the classic customizations?

If in the PowerApps Portal, please check the filter, you will select All.

If in the classic customizations, since the entity list shows the Display Name instead of Name, and the Display Name can be modified, we need to get the Display Name of these entities first.

We can find the Case records in the Related tab of some forms (like Account) to get the Display Name of the Case entity.

In addition, the most important point, please reconfirm whether you have opened the correct D365 environment.

You can see all the environments of your tenant in https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/environments.
