Issue of Cache memory

HI
 
 I am facing a serious problem with my refreshing the page every time when i am uploading the records and saving and updating kindly help me to empty my cache memory by default
I have the same question (0)

     Hi Partner,

    Could you tell me what app you are using in Dynamics 365?
    Dynamics 365 consists of many applications such as sales, customer service, marketing, Finance and Operations etc.
    You're asking in D365 general forum, therefore it's not clear which product you have in mind.
    Please add this information.
