Hi:

I know that there is customer specific pricing, through Special Prices and Discounts.

But, is there any sort of strictly item based pricing, especially in an environment where the cost of an item may change and you need to have a markup in place for all customers based on 120% of cost?

There is a functionality for this.

If you look in the item card

In the price/profit calculation field you can set that method to Price = cost + profit. And in the profit field you can add your 20%. The sales price will then be 120% of cost.

Hi, just add a information.

The "Profit % (67, Decimal)" field is also displayed in the Sales line and can be confirmed when entering the order line.
