Are there any developers who make free add-ons for GPS Asset Management for Business Central?
 
I have tried contacting a few such developers but no response.

    If you need to track the user's location, this can be done.
    Getting geographical location information from the client device (Latitude, Longitude): https://yzhums.com/16901/
     
    If you need to track the location of an asset. Maybe you can refer to the following feature.
    How to use online maps (Bing maps and Google maps)

    Yes, there are some developers and small ISVs (Independent Software Vendors) who occasionally offer free add-ons or tools for GPS Asset Management in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, often as part of open-source projects or limited-feature trial versions to showcase their capabilities.
