SalesPrices table in Power BI showing prices for only one item

Hi,

I'm not sure why but every time I try to download the SalesPrices table in Power BI (via the Dynamics BC connector) it only comes up with one specific product. But, when I look in the system I can see that other items have the prices set up for them as well although they are not showing on the SalesPrices table.

Does anyone have any idea why this would happen?

Thanks,

Mariana

    Hi

I experienced similar issue as well. Looks like web service has a "ItemNoFilterCtrl": that always default to one item  number. I do not know why.

You can try the following and test

In BC go to Web Service and follow the below guideline. You can use any name you want to (I used Sales_Price_3). the important steps are

    1) Make sure to add Filter for Item No as *

    2) After publishing this in Power BI use this Web service (anything you name it)

    3) If results are not acceptable go back to filter and change some filters and publish again. Use Edit Existing instead of Create new

    Hello,

I am facing the same issue, i tried the posted solution, but it didn't work for me. I applied the Item No filter to * and tried to remove the ItemNoFilterCtrl, but when the uploading the webservice to power Bi, it again filtering the data t for one item only.  Is there any other solution?
