Is there an AP Smartlist where I am able to pull the aging buckets? Something as in the AR?

There is no out of the box smartlist to achieve what you wanted. However, you can take a look at a couple of Payables HATB scripts I have posted in my blog.

I am working on creating a variant of the same with the aging buckets for each record. I would be posting these scripts tomorrow. Please keep checking my blog for the updates on this.
