Problem with Dynamics Sales & BC Integration

Hello,

I am facing a problem with the integration of customers between dynamics sales and business central. At first everything with the integration was fine, new customers created in Dynamics Sales were automatically made in Business Central and fields were automatically updated.

However, something has changed which causes new customers in Dynamics Sales to not create and couple an account in Business Central and some of the already created customers in Business Central give the following error:

The data could not be updated because of the following error: Table 5359 has to be assigned to table 13 to transfer the value between the fields OwnerId and Salesperson Code.

I have tried many things, however I can not see what the problem is and/or how I can assign table 5359 to table 13.

Has anyone had a similar problem and/or knows how to solve this?

Thank you in advance!

    Hello,

Did you select Teams when running the Assisted Setup?

    Thanks.

    Hi Marco,

Thanks for your reply! Yes, I probably did this (can't remember for sure as it has been a few weeks since I did the setup)

Is this setting what causes the problem? If yes, is there a way to solve it? Thanks!

    Hello,

In Common Data Service Connection Setup, you define the ownership model.

Here you can also select (after redeploment) the salespeople ownership. The salespeople must be mapped to a user in CRM. The scenario itself cannot be reproduced, if I synchronize one of the standard demo contacts, the ownership is a team.

This is BC160 SaaS synchronizing to Common Data Service. Common Data Service should be enabled before Dynamics 365 for Sales Connection.

    Thanks.
