May I ask where do I locate the change logs for this menu?

Josh,

In the search box, enter Change Log and you will see Change Log Setup and Change Log Entries. It normally does not sit on a Role Center but it does not mean you cannot add it.

Change Log Entry is the Table Name number 405.

I meant to say what is the name for the menu in the change logs.

I know change logs is table 405, but what is the table for that menu.

Josh,

You are looking for the menu that places the Change Log on the Role? If yes, Change Log appears under Departments/IT Administration/Change Log... It is normally not placed anywhere so many enter it on the Ribbon within the Page - Action Designer like this:
