    Hi Asif,

The error message that you are getting is cause from your plugin not checking to make sure that the attribute exist in the entity.

Please check your plugin to make sure the attribute exist in the entity and you do not have typos.

If you can't find the issue please post your code.

    Hi Asif,

Check your customization for this one. If not mistaken you should have plugin that convert the value into something.  That's why you've got error with Specified cast is not valid message.

The easiest way is just disabled first your plugin on Incident Create to check weather this one correct or not.

    Hi,

Could you share a screenshot of your workflow? Is it failing for any specific step? As mentioedn above, the error must be from some custom code which is either being called as a custom workflow activity from your workflow or a plugin which is triggering from the step of your workflow.

    Hope this helps.

    Hi Asif,

You are getting an error"Inner Exception: System.InvalidCastException: Specified cast is not valid." because you are incorrectly trying to convert one value into another.

If you correct this casting, code should work fine. If you need more details, let us know which value you are trying to convert to what.

    Thanks,

    Anand
