"last selected" view

Hello everyone,

we have dropdown fields "Country" and "State/Province" in a form. depending on the selected country, the "State/Province" field is shown or hidden. If the selection of a state is required, only the states which are assigned to the selected country are displayed via a set filter.

Recently, however, when clicking on the field "State/Province", the last selected states are displayed which are not necessarily assigned to the country.
Is there any way to disable or hide this view?

I can't figure out how to fix this problem it  =/.

Thanks to all

    Hi FSassenrath,

The 'dropdown fields' you mentioned is lookup fields? like following screenshot:

Lookup: A field that allows setting a reference to a single record of a specific type of entity. Some system lookup fields behave differently.

And you mentioned that 'when clicking on the field "State/Province", the last selected states are displayed which are not necessarily assigned to the country.'

So the lookup field show recent records based on your description, you can click 'All records' to show more records:

Or you can disable recent records in Lookup Control:
