Management Reporter Excel Error

When I attempt to export directly to excel in Management Reporter I receive an error that the "file exists and can't be deleted."  The event log on the MR Server says 'Problem exporting the file".  "Unable to write to file".

I have the Microsoft Access Database Engine 2010 installed on the MR Server plus Excel 2010.  I can open an excel file from the MR Server in the same folder I am trying to export to from the client, so I don't think it's a permissions issue.

I also can't link to an excel sheet either but get a different error.

    Sent you an email.  Make sure the Process account has permission to the directory.

    Re: Failure to export to Excel.  You can browse to the network letter for your mapped drives and select a folder which will then show as say N:\reports.  You can save to this folder without a problem but it will not export. To Export to Excel be sure to use the UNC pathname (\\servername\sharename) - do not use hidden shares (have a $ appended to the end).
