I'm using GP 2015 on a remote server.

Getting the below two errors when clicking on Transaction entry:

Unhandled script exception:
Illegal address for field 'Distribution Type' in script 'RBT_PM_Transaction_Entry_PRE'. Script terminated.

EXCEPTION_CLASS_SCRIPT_ADDRESSING
SCRIPT_CMD_LOAD_ATSI13

and

Unhandled script exception:
Illegal address for field 'local field' in script 'RBT_PM_Transaction_PRE'. Script terminated.

EXCEPTION_CLASS_SCRIPT_ADDRESSING
SCRIPT_CMD_LOAD_ATSI1

Would this need someone to check out the SQL server?

I suspect the user does not have access to the RBT_PM_Transaction window.

I don't know the addin/modification you are running but you need to ensure that the user has access to the modified forms.

Microsoft Dynamics GP>>Tools>>Setup>>System>>Alternate/modified forms and reports

Select the ID that user is using and then check that they have access to modified form.

Press F1 for help on those screens if you need further help.

I'm not familiar with this product name from the form name so can't point you in more specific direction.

I assume you are talking about window 'Payables Transaction Entry'.

Your window is alternate window and this is a custom field added by the developer. the window is not marked in security and that's why you are getting illegal field error.

check the alternate window settings.

Yes I am.

Is this under the Alternate/Modified Forms and Reports section? Find the user and make sure all the reports are ticked as Microsoft Dynamics GP?

Ah, so any Window or report that states '(Modified)', that's the option that should be ticket?

Yes,

but you have to mark the other option, other than 'Microsoft Dynamics GP', if there is modified report/form.
