Enabled and successful mailbox keeps disabling periodically.

Hello guys,

I have been dealing with this issue for some time now and thought may be you can help.

I have successfully configured email server profile with impersonation and my mailbox for incoming and outgoing emails is working fine. But I keep getting error saying that my mailbox is disabled for incoming emails. Sometimes I got this error once a day, sometimes twice but it keeps happening. After I got the error, if I approve the mailbox and test it again, incoming email status become Success again.

    I have both Exchange 2013 on premise and CRM 2015 on premise and I see this quite often.  Have you gotten a resolution to this issue yet?

    My name is Andres Guzman, I'm glad to help you.

    I recommend you to create a support case with the Exchange Online team to validate if you have any trace or log related with this particular behavior.

    If the O365 team commented that everything is ok, you can create a new case with the CRM Online team to verify if you need or missing something else.
