If I posted transactions through the Miscellaneous Log (transactions---> project----> miscellaneous log entry), but have not yet gone into the Billing Entry (transactions----> project----> billing-----> billing entry) to actually create an invoice from those postings, is there a report I can run that will show me all Misc Log postings still sitting out there?

You can use Miscellaneous log inquiry window for this. (Inquiry >> Project >> PA Transaction Documents >> Miscellaneous Log.
You can print the report with the results you get as well. Hope this helps.
