I set up the hierarchy of departments in the Human Resources module. I have a few questions. Can you help?
1. Is it possible to create a subdivision within one company? Now each division is available in all companies.
2. Can I make a hierarchy of units within the same company?

Hi Evgeniia,

The Dynamics CRM does support creating hierarchy business units within the same company. Please check the below links for instructions.

Create or edit business units: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/admin/create-edit-business-units

Assign a business unit a different parent business: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/admin/assign-business-unit-different-parent

Hierarchy security to control access: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/admin/hierarchy-security

Also, you can include the subdivision information(Optional) while creating a business unit.
