Business Central and CRM Integration - Customers Sync Error

Hi Community,
 
I'm getting an error when trying to sync a new customer from CRM to BC. All the existing customers was coupled but when i try to create a new customer and sync to business central i will get an error like this but we don't have a mapping between Posting groups with CRM and /EU/ is not a value that in Business central posting groups. I have no idea why is this happening.

    Hi sir,
     

    It happens when applying a config template when a new customer is created. Please check if any template is applied, you can go to Integration Table Mappings and select CUSTOMER mapping and check it.

    you have to add the EU value in the Customer Posting Group table of BC because the Customer Posting Group field has a table relation with that table
