I am unable to login to xrm toolbox. can anyone login and check whether it is working for you or not.

Please share the error logs which you are getting .
XrmToolBox is windows app so its not that everyone should get same issue . Probably you are missing something , make sure you are providing correct credentials ,url .
Logging in with XrmToolBox is a bit tricky. Sometimes you have to play around with the order of credentials. I use this format (could be an AD configuration issue):
Normal URL:
Domain Field: Domain
Username: User@domain
Password: yourpassword
IFD:
Username: domain\user
Then you may have other issues such as system clock time difference in case of SSL (our system tolerates 2 mins max), bad AD FS configuration, CRM server issues etc. Logs will help to debug the process.
