Error while activating a process - Crm Online v9

Hello folks,

We have a strange issue; I can't activate a process, I can't even open it. I also can't create a new process if I select  some custom entity. I can create it if I select OOB entities. Here is the error that I get while I try to activate it. It basically throws a NullReferenceExceptioon. What could be the issue? Any help is appreciated.

We have same issue. It came in 9.0.1.127 update. Unfortunately we haven't found workaround for this.
