I am trying to launch NAV Client executable file on premises/desktop but there is not response. No tasks are running. The web client works, but the .exe file does not launch
No errors are displayed
Any suggested fix?

Hi, Is the user permission insufficient in the system? Try using Run as administrator or Run as different user?

It did work the first time. I did re-install the client but the problem still persists
Did it ever work or is it the first time you try to use it on this computer?
Try to install the client again.
