No Accounts visible for a new user

Hi,

I have created a new user and set security as Poweruser for some strange reason when the user tries to access accounts these are not being shown. All accounts all not visible for this user. 

Anyone experienced this please?

    Alexander,

    Are you using Account Level Security? If so, you need to give the user access to all or a subset of your accounts by clicking on the Account Security button next to their User ID on the User Setup window.
