Calling LoadLibraryEx on ISAPI filter DefaultAddonFilter.dll failed

I am running Win Server 2012, SQL Server 2014, and Dynamics CRM 2015.

This worked fine when I shut down my VM last night... when I fired it up today I can no longer access CRM at all.  I.e. via web or Outlook. The following exceptions are logged in the event viewer...

"The HTTP Filter DLL C:\Program Files\Microsoft Dynamics CRM\Server\bin\DefaultAddonFilter.dll failed to load. The data is the error."

"Could not load all ISAPI filters for site 'MICROSOFT DYNAMICS CRM'. Therefore site startup aborted."

Any thoughts are greatly appreciated.
