Inventory Smart List "List Price"

(0) ShareShare
ReportReport
Posted on by

I am running a simple inventory report for current costs and list prices.  However, I cannot find where "list price" is in my columns selection.  I find my current costs and I can find my standard price but where would I get "list price"?

And I am using Great Plains 2016.....

Thank you.

    Hi MrTom,

Not sure this will be available in the default inventory smartlist,  but you could use smartlist designer or builder to add the list price table..

I have to agree with Beat ( I often do of course ) the List Price for an item is not held in the same table as the Standard and Current Cost for the item.

If you are using or have used Multicurrency you will know that to get to the Item List Price you need to look at the Item Currency Master table - IV00105

The fields are simple - Item Number, Currency ID, and LIST PRICE - in that currency

So the challenge is that the Item Smartlist is only showing columns from the IV00101 and you ( as noted by Beat ) need to link to the IV00105

    Hope this helps.

Thank you Bill for pointing out the MC variable.. it's true that the challenge resides in finding out which currency to select when an Item has multiple prices defined with different currencies.

Did you ever get this answered? I would also like to do this but it looks like I need to create it in smart list builder.... is that what you found?

    Thanks so much, Julie

It was answered, I just download the smartlist with current cost into excel and place my markup on it.  Our mark up is pretty simple so this works.
