Workflow add steps not available

Hi,

When I am creating a workflow, I want it to have the Conditional Branch. An if, or, and so on...

The problem is, it is not available for some reason along with the Default Action and Parallel Wait Branch.

Why is this the case??? Otherwise I have created a very messy looking setup with many If statements. I haven't tested it even because I am not sure whether it will function properly.

Please let me know!

Thanks!!!

Your scenario seems that is being used many conditional nesting.

There are limitations to nesting of conditional operators:“6 Nested Ifs is the limit.”

    […]

“Workflow designer uses html table to render step, IE has limitation on number of maximum nested tables, then exceed this number, the inner step can't be displayed. “

On documentation rc.crm.dynamics.com/.../source_wrk_create_workflow.htm, item 6, there is a note to 6 levels limitation:

Note that more than six levels of conditional branching are not displayed.

    Hi Gustavo,

That is not exactly what I am talking about. I simply want to make an If, else statement in my workflow, yet that option is not given to me for some reason. That is my problem

    Hi Roman,

    I think got it.

I'm going to take the following scenario:

-A new WF for any entity

-I create a new step, using "Check Condition":

    7181.picture_5F00_3.png

-If I want to add a new step, and select the whole step, according to:

    8053.picture_5F00_4.png

-The only option avaiable (related to conditional statements) will be the "Check Condition":

    8284.picture_5F00_5.png

-However, I select the conditional statement, according to:

-And I try to add a new step, it's possible to see the other options ("Conditional Branch" and "Default Action"):

-Hence, it's possible to make a conditional statement more complete, using IF, ELSEIF and ELSE (OTHERWISE):

    Regards,
