Data Exchange Definition for Direct Debit Mandates-US

I have a client wishing to use the Direct Debit Mandate feature of BC.

The specification we received for the file format is from Chase Bank.

On the first header the field information needs to come from two table sources (10300 and 10302) Unfortunately Microsoft says this is a modification.

Has anyone done this before?

    If support / product group says it is a modification and not a bug, would you mind raising this as well as a feature request via https://aka.ms/bcideas . Then we can consider it for a feature release.

    I hope you will find a good response from the community how others are doing it.

    Hi Krystal,

    If your client is using the Business Central SaaS version, take a look at the Astral GoCardless extension as it can handle US Direct Debit payments out of the box. Possibly not an actual answer to your question, but certainly an option worth considering.

    Krystal,

    Have you checked with AMC Banking. I know they have Chase on their list of banks and do send and receive with the Bank. The first Bank is free and it is already BC ready (enabled).
