Use Dynamics CRM 4.0 with Office 365

Hi,

Does anyone know if Office 365 is compatible with Microsoft Dynamics 4.0 on-premise?

We have just migrated to Office 365 and was told (By Microsoft) at the start of the project that it was compatible however i cannot get the email router to work.

The problem i have is that when setting up incoming and outgoing profiles there is no option for 'Exchange Online'.

I tried the 2011 email router and this gave me those options, however it seems the 2011 version is not compatible with 4.0.

I am aware that upgrading to CRM 2011 will fix the problem and this our long term plan, however i need to get this up and running asap in the mean time.

    I will give that ago, thanks, i don't we are on rollup 18 yet.

    Does this then mean we'll be able to use the 2011 email router (Which currently gives us the correct options but is incompatible)

    Or does this mean the crm 4.0 router will then have the correct options?

    Hello,

    Email router is compatible with Update Rollup 18, which means once you upgrade the Email Router to Update Rollup 18, you will be able to see the "Exchange Online" option while configure CRM 4.0 Email router. I confirmed this by upgrading the CRM 4.0 router in my Lab environment.

    I've updated to Rollup 21 and i can now see that option, thanks for your help.
