Hi Experts,

I have create a new Virtual Entity in MSCRM Online, but when i try to open that under Sales Module then below error comes. Can anyone please suggest why this error is coming.

Hi,

After creating the new virtual entity, do you map the fields? If you don’t do that, you’ll get the error message above. If you see that error message, make sure you did configure field mappings.
