For E-invoicing , Eway bill you can go for ISV solution for better handhloding and support to GST portal . Microsoft also provides the functionality , but client needs to upload for IRN generation into Portal.

Would recommend this solution done by Compusoft ,

Hello,

Business Central India localization supports automatic e-Invoice and e-Way Bill integration.
It can generate JSON files in GST format, send them to the IRP portal via API or GSP, and import responses with IRN and QR code.
E-Way Bill data can be included in the same JSON or exported separately.

Hi,

I am assuming you are using INDIA localization.

E-Invoicing and E-way bill is standard functionality but auto integration is not available.

You need to connect with 3rd party like Clear tax or webtel kind of integration for E-Invoicing.
