I have a knowledgebase which is a multilevel list
eg
service->case->activties
Service is a parent to case ,and case is a parent to activities,the issue is firstly on the subject itself I cannot choose more that one subject meaning it can either be activities or case or service.
Second to that is that once the article is puplished the same issue applies
What I want is the following
I want when I open articles view to only see the articles with a subject of service,this should then have an arrow or drop down that will allow me to go one level further for related articles,if I need to,so intially I should see service by clicking on service I must see related case articles,by clicking on case articles I must see related activities articles.
Similar to when u create a subject but this should be in a view format.
