hello experts,
I am working in the contract entity, but I have a problem when creating. I am following these steps: 1. create the contract entity 2. Create a new contract template.
Now, I am trying to enter the form of the entity to create a new contract and it does not work for me, it stays working here:

I have faced similar issue with different entity and Microsoft support advised to enable legacy form rendering.
go to System -> Administration -> System Setting -> General tab
Use legacy form rendering
For compatibility, use the legacy form rendering engine. Note that performance may be adversely affected. - Yes
Publish all customization
