This error happened to the items that linked item model that creates “Quarantine Order” for the sales return or purchase orders on stage of “Registration”.
To UnRegister:
1- the generated quarantine order should be ended by quality to returns the qty to the destination warehouse of the sales order/sales return.
2- Remove the “Marked” lots from the quarantine order,
3- Select line that need to be unregister, click in Inventory “Transactions”.
4- Click on Inventory “Marking”.
5- Marking form will opens with the Marked Transactions, so we have to revers it.
6- Click on “Set mark now” to reverse the marked transaction.
7- Click on “Apply”
8- After the applied the marked transactions, the marked transaction will be reversed.
9- Click OK.
10- Go back to the order and click on Update line “Registration”
11- The Registration form open to reverse the registered quantity.
12- Click on “Add registration line”.
13- Then click on “Confirm registration” and then click on “Save”.
