I am trying to bulk import contacts from a CSV file, but every time I do so this message pops up:
The import file does not have the format that Dynamics 365 uses to map the data to Dynamics 365 fields. It is possible some hidden sheets that the system uses have been modified or corrupted. Try again with a file exported from Dynamics 365. I have tried uploading in both CSV and XLSX file but it doesn't work - any help would be greatly appreciated.
