Hello all, I am getting this error. The users somehow posted a journal with overlaps, same vendor, same quantity ranges, so we need to correct this. The problem is that it is not possible, I get this error after creating a new journal and trying to post it.
There are overlaps between the quantity ranges or amount ranges for multiple trade agreements in the journal.
How can I delete or recreate a journal in this situation?, I have trying to remove wrong lines and create a proper quantity range, leaving them only (1-1000, then 1001 to 2000, etc.), but the system shows the same error again. Maybe I am missing something here.
When creating the trade agreement journal, you can select existing trade agreements and mark them with an end date or change the quantity ranges. Then post the journal.
