Can we customize the CRM online pages ? for look and feel

I would like to customize the look and feel of the cRm online site.  can i apply bootstrap or jquery on the pages so we can customize the  site. can we call a  rest queries in crm online  pages  lets says weather service .

    You can try doing that but this customization is considered as unsupported. What you can do is to change colour schemas - technet.microsoft.com/.../dn949334.aspx

    Yes, you can call rest queries but you should remember cross-domain call challenges - blogs.msdn.microsoft.com/.../cross-domain-calls-from-javascript

    Yes as andrew mentioned there is some limitation but some of you mentioned jquery , bootstrap you can apply..
