Custom Entities doesn't have Assign and Share privileges

Hi All,

I have created an Entity and entered data. Now I need to assign that record to my colleague. When doing so, I realised that this custom entity doesn't have Assign and Share Privilege. Can anyone please help me how can I bring that 2 privileges and Assign the record?

    Hi Poornimaa,

    I think you have created organization owned type entity and hence you are unable to see assign and share option for that entity in security role.

    Organization-owned entities cannot be assigned or shared

    Thanks, Pravin for your answer. Yes, you are right. I have created my entity as "organization Ownership". I will use your links to modify the ownership organization to "user or team"
