Hi, I've setup a Virtual PC with GP 2015 and Dexterity with our development databases. The DBs are upgraded and now I'm looking to connect Dex to VSS and pull in our source code to see if any changes need to be made to our product so that it works with GP 2015. We currently use VSS 6.0 with Dex for GP 2010 and 2013 without any problems, but in 2015 when I choose Visual SourceSafe from the drop down list of source control providers, the Validate Connection button remains disabled. When I fill out all the fields and click Ok or Apply (Validate Connection button still disabled), I am hit with "The source control provider could not be initialized."
Checking the Windows Event Log shows the following error:
"The description for Event ID 124 from source DSCCS cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer.
If the event originated on another computer, the display information had to be saved with the event.

I've tried re-installing Dex and SourceSafe and still get the same error. Does anyone have a solution for this?
