how can i hide the qualify button for Leads without doing it from the security role? i know ribbon workbench is one way, are there other ways?

this is for CRM Online 2015

if its coding, whats the syntax?

Hi,

Two other ways are there

1.Visual Ribbon Editor from Code Plex, Download the exe from following link.

crmvisualribbonedit.codeplex.com

2. OOB feature - Using Application Ribbons (XML). To do this follow the below articles

I cannot install the Visual Ribbon Editor - it says "The solution file is invalid. The compressed file must contain the following files at its root: solution.xml, customization.xml, and [Content_types].xml. Customization files exported from previous versions of Microsoft Dynamics CRM are not supported."

I have CRM 2015 Online and this is supposed to support 2015 also.

Hi Tekwise,

Use the ribbon workbench

Or Visual Ribbon Editor

Or manually update your ribbondiffxml (effort)

Try to create your unmanaged solution first.
