When opening RMS POS it opens in a small window in the upper left hand side of the desktop and is unusable. How do I fix this?

Devanand is correct but there's a couple of things you need to know first for example.
1. What is the screen resolution of your monitor? (right click on the desktop) properties.
2. Write them down.
3.Control F/6
4. set the resolution the same as the monitor.
5. Look for where it says top and left ( little box's) I forget but you'll see it.
5. set both boxes for -1 (what's that do)? it allows the screen to use "almost all" the screens resolution which may help.
If you shut down and the screen isn't what you want after doing this just hit control/f6 and click the default button which restores it to the settings you just made with one click.
when open just press ctrl + f6 together and configure the pos screen size. this happens when you change any settings in windows or the screen resolutions
This sometimes happens if Logmein is installed. Their driver does not like RMS. Could be something else too. Two possibilites. 1. Go to the bottom bar and maximize icon 2. In the Registry key for display under RMS the horizontal location gets set to -32000 something so the screen is way off, same for verticle.
