How can I assign a "collector id" to an individual customer? I've looked everywhere and can't seem to locate it...

Go to Microsoft Dynamics GP-->Tools-->Setup--Sales-->Collectors.

Hi,
Is the collection management module is enabled or not please check the same by going to Administration >> Setup >> System >> Registration and see whether the collection management is selected. If not please select the same, and log out of GP and run the GP utilities and log back and check it.
Please make sure you have installed collection management. If not go to control panel and select dynamics gp then click change-->Add or remove features to install the Collection Management. After you have installed, go to GP and mark the collection management in Registration window.
Thanks Everyone for your responses! It appears that we have a user-defined field for the collector id and my vendor is working on a fix.
