Xrm.Navigation.openConfirmDialog - In dialog always show the horizontal scroll bar

Hello ,

When I open a dialog with Xrm.Navigation.openConfirmDialog to show message on page, meet some issue like below:

In chrome : 5165.pastedimage1575009270334v1.png

In IE 11: 7167.pastedimage1575009270336v2.png

And when I click the CRM native delete button ,will has the issue also: 4606.pastedimage1575009270337v3.png

My Online CRM environment :Server version: 9.1.0000.10733 ,Client version: 1.3.2514-191119-195933

Anyone else meet this issue ? And anyone has idea on this ? Is this dynamics 365 known issue ?
