My team and I are unable to login and use BC, we see this after only seeing the start up page.

    I would put in a support request with Microsoft, its something specific to your tenant only.

    Then Try:

    Clear Browser Cache and Cookies

    Sometimes, cached data can cause issues:

    • Clear your browser’s cache and cookies.
    • Try logging in using a private/incognito browser window.

    Sign in with a Different Account

    Try logging in with a different account to see if the issue is specific to your user account:

    • Click on the "Sign in with a different account" link and use another account with Business Central access.
     
    If the problem persists, contacting Microsoft Support with the provided technical details would be the best course of action.
