My team and I are unable to login and use BC, we see this after only seeing the start up page.

    First, verify if there are any ongoing service disruptions or outages with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central:

    Then Try:

    Clear Browser Cache and Cookies

    Sometimes, cached data can cause issues:

    • Clear your browser’s cache and cookies.
    • Try logging in using a private/incognito browser window.

    Sign in with a Different Account

    Try logging in with a different account to see if the issue is specific to your user account:

    • Click on the "Sign in with a different account" link and use another account with Business Central access.
     
    If the problem persists, contacting Microsoft Support with the provided technical details would be the best course of action.

    Through this portal you can see that there have been some offline moments. But they are recovering in the same way.

    I have no problem here either. You can check whether the BC service is normal through the following methods.

    I would put in a support request with Microsoft, its something specific to your tenant only.

    We are in the Denver area, and refreshing does not do anything.

    No issues on my side. What region are you in? Does it work if you refresh?
