My team and I are unable to login and use BC, we see this after only seeing the start up page.

I would put in a support request with Microsoft, its something specific to your tenant only.

First, verify if there are any ongoing service disruptions or outages with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central:

Visit the Microsoft 365 Service Health Status page to see if there are any reported issues.

Then Try:

Clear Browser Cache and Cookies

Sometimes, cached data can cause issues:

Try logging in using a private/incognito browser window.

Sign in with a Different Account
